New lens technology enables 3D compatible image projection

Panamorph has developed a lens system for digital home theater projection systems. Their new FVX200 lens system delivers large images than the existing systems available in the market. Their system supports full 2.40:1 aspect ratio. This feature removes he black "letterbox" bars seen on LCD, LED and plasma displays.
The new lens system will deliver true HD experience to viewers. Research shows that 16:9 flat panel displays waste 25% of screen on those black bars.
