Body of Red Cross official found

I was shocked when I watched the news that bullet-riddled body of a British employee of Red Cross has been found. Dr Khalil Ahmed Dale was kidnapped four months ago. He was a Yemen-born British national. A note with his body said that he was killed because IRCP did not fulfil the demand of the kidnappers.

This kind of news tells us that state has failed to control the criminal elements of the society. This news has sent a wrong message to the Internal community.
